I have spent more than 25 years helping clients successfully close complex transactions. As CEO and Managing Partner of Dexterity Law, I advise owners, boards, and investors on deal structure, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy to ensure transactions get done and deliver the outcomes clients expect.

My practice is grounded in a simple principle: deals are successful when expert legal judgment, understanding business context, and process discipline come together. I focus on managing efficient deal processes, anticipating issues before they slow momentum, and negotiating and drafting transaction documents that clearly and precisely reflect the business deal.

Alongside my legal practice, I founded Dexterity Legal, a legal-technology company focused on modernizing how transaction documents are negotiated. That work informs how Dexterity Law integrates AI and workflow tools into day-to-day dealmaking—enhancing speed, clarity, and coordination without replacing experienced legal judgment.

Previously, I served as Global Chair of the Innovative Client Strategies Team at Greenberg Traurig, where I led a multidisciplinary group of lawyers and business professionals focused on improving client outcomes through smarter legal service delivery.

I am also deeply engaged in the broader M&A community. I serve as Vice-Chair of the Technology in M&A Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Mergers & Acquisitions Committee and was a contributing author to the ABA-published Using Legal Project Management in Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions: A Guidebook for Managing Deals Efficiently and Effectively.
